Eine eintägige Installation von Robin Kirchner und Theodor Johansson.
Musik von Massimiliano Pagliara und Luigi Di VenereGenießen Sie Kunst + Musik und tanzen Sie mit uns in den Sonnenuntergang über dem Tempelhofer Feld.
Die Installation zeigt Kirchners Schwarz-Weiß-Fotografien, gemischt mit Johanssons grafischen, handgenähten Bannern, bezieht sich auf die schwule Club- und Cruising-Szene.
Die Ausstellung wird begleitet von Live-DJ-Sets von Massimiliano Pagliara (Berghain, Panorama Bar) und Luigi Di Venere (Cocktail d’Amore, Maximum Joy), die zu einem Drink und einem gemütlichen Beisammensein mit Freunden einladen.
Robin Kirchner ist ein in Berlin lebender Fotograf. Er arbeitete als Assistent der renommierten Mode- und People-Fotografen Ali Kepenek und Marcus Höhn und studierte Kunst und Fotografie in der Klasse von Heidi Specker an der Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst in Leipzig.

Johansson ist ein Mixed-Media-Künstler, der hauptsächlich mit Textilien arbeitet. Naive Ausdrucksformen und der häufige Einsatz von Farben durchziehen sein Werk, das durch spielerische Kreaturen, Banner und Patchworks gekennzeichnet ist. Mit groben Ausdrücken in Technik und Visualisierung betont er seine Inspiration aus der DIY-Kultur und der Low-Brown-Ästhetik der New-Wave/Punk/Hardcore-Szene der 1980er Jahre.

A one-day installation by Robin Kirchner and Theodor JohanssonMusic by Massimiliano Pagliara and Luigi Di VenereEnjoy art + music and dance with us into the sunset over Tempelhofer Feld.
The installation features Kirchner’s black and white photographs mixed with Johansson’s graphical, hand-sewn banners, is referring to gay club and cruising scene. Using codes from this subculture in a playful and smutty way, the result lands somewhere between a secret teen clubhouse and a raw techno dungeon.
The exhibition is accompanied by live dj sets by Massimiliano Pagliara (Berghain, Panorama Bar) and Luigi Di Venere (Cocktail d’Amore, Maximum Joy), inviting you to grab a drink and hang out with friends.Robin Kirchner is a Berlin based photographer. Theodor Johansson is a mixed media artist working mainly with textile. Naïve expressions and frequent use of colors runs through his work signatured by playful creatures, banners and patchworks. Using crude expressions in technique and visualization, he emphasizes his inspiration from the DIY culture and the low brow aesthetics of the new wave/punk/hardcore scene of the 1980’s.
