Report on film premieres & exhibition in the building of the Record Association on Tempelhof airfield.

15:00 hrs. First helpers* arrive at the Record Association to hang up pictures, darken the upper room for the film screening and set up the screen and technical equipment accordingly. Thus, the temperature could be regulated to a bearable level. As a canvas served a simple sheet, which we gaped at the wall

17:00 o’clock official beginning of the event. The visitors* were able to discover numerous posters and pictures from the ZOONuniverse (a coherent media narrative called ZOON). In front of “behind” the building there was an unusual catering. Since many stories in ZOON play with apocalyptic perspectives, apocalyptic food was offered – algae, fried banana peels, and water with different fruits and vegetables in it as a taste buds – )

18:00 pm film premiere of “a’chance” and “ZOON licht” with speeches in between and afterwards. An analysis of the content and narrative of the ZOON stories and a consideration of the initiatory and process-oriented approach before and during the productions. Presented by Sonia M. Schulz & Cornelia Fleck.

20:00 hrs approx. In the sunset, which falls through the window, there will be a podium discussion with the actors and makers of the ZOON films. 40 people attended the event. There was only one start and end date in the run-up to the event. Everything else resulted from the ongoing process. (e.g. the start dates of the premiere films. There were not only former participants but also many of their friends and acquaintances. The event was considered a complete success by us and many others. The location was perfect. Not only that the record association seemed to come from the ZOON stories. The surroundings and the possibilities created a feeling of urban seclusion, which was extremely relaxing and highly interesting.
